About Guy Pohlman, from Guy's myspace bio:

Studying while everybody else had a life, I was natural as a loner and loved the piano where ever I could find one. I grew up in the shadow of the recording industry in Hollywood as I watched my father Ray Pohlman ace and discuss the psychology of recording and the "hidden sound" in the records. We hung out a lot and discussed many great composers, songwriters and musicians. He loved all his friends in the Wrecking Crew and that was his music life. I love jazz, movies, photography, and classical music, all art. I have worked in bands since the age of 12 in and around Hollywood. I was a child session singer and did a memorable one year stint with Pee Wee Herman in 1981 working as puppeteer and sometimes filling in on piano when Jay the composer couldn't make it! I worked for a few years as a record producer and arranger. During these years I had the good fortune to meet Emily Eckels and I want to thank her for singing so beautifully on the song "Little bit o' love"
